Some general questions for anyone who knows anything.

I have a few general wonderings about this game. I haven't really been following it, but lately I've heard some people talk about it who seem really excited.
1st. How do loots work in the game? Since it's based in the real world I imagine there arent armor or weapon drops with pluses to any skills or anything other than canons and such for ships.
2nd. Are you going to be able to explore anywhere in the world or strictly in the carribean?
3rd. As a pirate, can I have a wooden leg?

1. Loot will be things like , 10 Cotton,25 wood,15 Iron and so on not to metntion Dabloons.
2. Just The entire carribean or the Spinsh main as it was called in 1720 but it has like 80+ ports for you to go to. The Map spans from parts of the southern US. threw south amrica and down into what we all know as the Carribean.
3. Yes, but from I hear it is going to be a quest reward.
I watched the latest video on their web site and it showed a wooden leg at creation. So who knows.
From what I saw on several review sites, this game will be VERY in-depth with character creation.
There is no + charisma loot or anything like that. When you win a battle you can take some of the cargo off and fill your own holds, or you can take the ship for yourself.
You can explore anywhere in the carribean, this includes land.
Yes, you can have a wooden leg.
