My account was suspended aboute 2 weeks ago because someone logged into my account and stole all my money and items.
It says that my account should be back online when i send info aboute wowkey, name and address.. i did this 10 min after i recived the email from blizzard but still nothing has happend.
Does someone know how long i can be waiting for my account because when i call blizzard the ar eonly telling me that i should wait a couple of days. 14 days are that a couple?

Also I would be more worried to how someone got your password than worried about the account. Its more than likley you got a keylogger sending information to someone. Loads of people hide them in fake wow hacks etc. Just so you know and if you rang them before ring them again and ask them but I would not log in it again untill you find out what caused them to take your account information in the first place.

Actually, it's not mysterious at all. Some things are missing from this post. Basically, how many folks know you play the game, have witnessed you playing the game, how many people have you allowed to mess around online to get the feel of the MMO experience, and how many have you allowed to play your character in your absence?
BE HONEST...
It is not impossible, but it highly improbable that by some weird quirk of fate, a hacker figures out your account id and password to log into your game and ruin it for you and get your account suspended, for some mysterious reason...
You math guys/gals..crunch the numbers here, but my guess is it is an astronomical ratio that must happen for the hack of this nature to take place.
Just my thoughts... ahem... obligatory, "Sorry your account go hacked, man...."

It takes about 3 to 4 weeks to get a response. Have you checked you're system for keyloggers?
When you find it and get rid of it then start reading up on security and you're system.

Quoting people doesn't make you clever, in fact, it makes you all the more stupid for not bothering to read the quotes you post in the first place.
Blizzard does not ask you for that much when you try to resolve banned account with them. They only want name of the account and your name. Responses can take from few hours to couple of days. Make sure you are sending emails *only* to support @ worldof warcraft.com, not some other similar email. If in doubt, call 1-800 number.
P.S. Make sure you keep your email password and secret question *private* and safe. Do not give them out to *anybody*. They are the only way yo get your account back yourself if it gets stolen.
Keep calling them until it gets done. With the amount of these issues they're bound to get on a daily basis, some people usually fall through the cracks. Still though, it sucks to be unable to play for a game you're paying quite alot of money for

Yes key loggers may be found in UI's that have no pics that show how they work. Many on those forums have warned folks not to download any untested UI with no previous history or the designer has no pictures to show how it works or what it actually looks like.
Very much like the mail hack currently running where if you accept the mail you wind up losing gold from your account. Pretty sneaky, but actually you simply need to slow down and read everything before you go downloading things.
It's actually not that difficult to stay safe from key loggers. Use common sense. remember it's your account, so protect it.

Mods/Addons are loaded *after* you login, not before; therefore, even if they log your keys, all the info that they gather is useless.
The only thing that addons can do is to modify your interface in such a way that you would not know when you send money by mail. Thus, dont modify the look of your mail interface unless you trust the author of the mod.
P.S. If you see any "exe" files in contents of addon files, dont install any of them - delete it.
