Which Server=RP?

in Lord of the Rings Online
i hadn't come across it yet but is there a server more inclined or sort of dedicated to r/p crowd?

    Landroval is the unofficial rp server voted on by the community.

    I hope they actually designate a server as RP or RP Preferred to make it easier for people who don't search the forums prior to starting up the game.  And, it's also nice to deterr others from joining that server who aren't interested in any RP.  Otherwise it will end up like in DDO when only half the people are aware that the server is the "unofficial" RP server.  The rest are still spouting "your mom" and other various "Barrens chat"...  And some people just don't want to RP, so they could avoid that particular server.
