    I ran the game ona fx5200 before, so I think you are in the clear. Think about upgrading to pciE since you have a duo core cpu .

    I don't think it's a dual core, but rather a hyper-threaded CPU.  Not that it matters a lot, since it will work. 

    For upgrading, one of the newer AGP video cards (I have the 7800GS) and increasing RAM to 2 Gig are worth considering if you wish, but I would not consider it to be urgent.

    You are fine. I run this game with a geforce4 TI 4200 128 MB  vid card, a 2000+ AMD CPU and a gig of memory. I run the game on medium setting. You have a way better rig than i do. I am trying to save up so that i can build a new rig for being able to play this game with everything cranked up to max.

    What dyou actually need to play this game FLUENTLY (like perma 25 fps+) with maxed settings?
