Hello eveyone,
You probably have read the posts about Space cowboy. So, before taking the time and efford to play this game, spending your money on their Gpot Items, read their forums.

Community manager Xarfox is lieing to players months now, so the game is going downhill.
Some of the issues are:
1. Terrible support. ( Community manager Xarfox is doing absolutely nothing. He is banning players when they try to voice their opinion. Any attempt to prove him wrong, will result your account to be banned for GM harrassment. Furthermore, Xarfox is using several ways to convince players GMs has nothing to do with new aspects of the Game. A terrible lie since he is the one forwarding a "to do list" to devs. Some players seem to believe him but a 3rd grade kid will know that devs do not play the game, they are adding whatever the GM team is asking.)
2. Severe player harassment/abuse. ( Community manager Xarfox allows several of his friends to continue harass players and he is banning players out of nowhere. As a parent, you SHOULD check their main forum before allowing your kids to play this game. Terrible swearing inside their game as well. )
3. Problems while buying items from their shop. ( Players are having several problems while buying Gpots. Their secure pages are not loading correctly leading players to have several issues or/and losing their money. There are many billing issues and the company never replies to emails from players.)
4. New players. ( New players can't play because the update server has been down for weeks, the only solution is the one hosted by players. )
5. Lies pile up. ( Community manager Xarfox has it a habit to lie here and there. He represents himself as a victim when he can not answer simple questions from players/customers. He bans the account if the player reports the company to www.bbb.com asking for a simple reply. Users feel aggitated. Xarfox is using several GM accounts to prove that the game is having more than one GM. LIE. He is impersonating other GMs. You want more for this almighty GM? He is assisting bug abusers, his friends, and then he posts that he can not do anything to fix or/and punish the abusers while he is banning accounts for 13 years, yes 13 years, for a simple glitch - a bug - that he never reported to tech team to fix. For the history, Community Manager Xarfox was a simple player before taking the job of GM. He still plays his main character and of course he favourites his friends. )
The list can be even bigger. Take the time to read and search for this Game master. It is the first time a game master is letting everyone know that he assisted bug abusers and he won't take the time to fix his error. I wonder how Gala-net is letting keep this job but I am not responsible for answering this question.

I totally agree with the above poster, this GM named Xarfox calls himself a "community manager". A community manager is not someone who supports a handfull of "friends" and let them what WHATEVER they want in the game, that includes harrassing other players. Multiple people are having problems with the game, Gpotato purcheasing problems, patching problems and does Xarfox even try to help them? Thats a big NO, he doesn't even care if players are HAVING PROBLEMS PURCHEASE GPOTATOS. Without those people how would GalaNet get their money? Exactly.
This GM has taken over the game and something needs to be done NOW, before he completely destroys this game for good. You can't simply address a problem about the game on the forums without having your post locked or deleted in less than 24 hours, if you try to express your feelings about the game you will most likely get a ban maybe even a PERMANENT ban, for expressing feelings? Thats beyond pathetic.
We all know GMs are not allowed to take sides or to help someone to put them at a huge advantage over others in a game, but what does Xarfox do? Xarfox supports the nation BCU (there is 2 nations, BCU and ANI on each server). How does he support BCU? He supports BCU by taking orders from his "friends" over there then comes over to ANI and starts muting/banning players for no reason at all! Several times Xarfox went on BCU and started killing ANI (players in the other nation) in Bark City (one of the game maps). That is completely against GM rules and he goes on doing it for HOURS. Playing as a BCU and killing ALL the ANI just because hes trying to make his handfull of "friends" on BCU happy.
His BCU "friends" have abused several bugs and harrassed many players and they have never gotten a single mute or a ban. How can a GM support harressment from certian players and not do a thing to stop it? Thats total rubish. So what needs to be done? I'll tell you what needs to be done, he needs to be FIRED as a GM plain and simple, I bet the head GM/CEO don't even know what this GM Xarfox is doing to the game.
All new players please read this thread and take these into consideration before even thinking to play, because you WILL loose your money on Gpotatos.

Well, i have to say, they're are so breaking their promise, players got serveral comments, and most of them are just ignored, (a few aren't)

As a gamer and player of the game i agree with all of above poster said.
I was there when GM xarfox Lead BCU to Attack ANI... I was like wth GM taking Side? Then After the war he came on ANI to say "I HOPE U GUYS Wouldn't Mind"
GM Xarfox Help His Friends to abuse Bug that was there Since Beta and he know it was illegel to do that but he say it ok to use the bug to his friends making them transfering item From ANI to BCU which was not allow. After "that" Happen he did not even come on to Ani side anymore to tell us what happen and did not return/Delete those item back to ani from those player that abuse the bug and Since his Friend left for BCU so there is no reasons to be online for player on ANI..
This game "Used to be Nice" but since things happen and stuff it is going downhill
Now alot of player Have quit since that and the lag of the game make it worse it is like playing for 5 sec and lag like 30 sec and the GM didn't say anything about the Lag..
What is the use of playing a game with GM taking sides and Lag like Hell...
Pathetic Game master. Xarfox is now using Jason's account on SCO forums to prove to players Jason is on his side.
Where were Jason 2 weeks now when all players was unable to patch the game?
Where were Jason weeks now to update all Community about severe bugs/lag?
Where were Jason weeks now when players had several issues with their Gpots and THEIR money?
Of course nowhere. Xarfox continues to impersonate all GMs on this game. What can you expect from a kid on his early 20ies like Xarfox? Only abuse!!

Arent Gm suppose to be honest to everyone? Yes, but Gm Xarfox LIES and DENY ALL THE THING HE HAD DONE! Is that a good Gm suppose to do? NOPE! I suggest you to just quit while you can. HE BANNS PEOPLE FOR 13 years BUT FOR HIS "family" member he would let EVERYTHING go away.
ok, i have no clue about what-why or when anything about spacecowboys, but i see alot of ppl here complain about the same GM... and the problem is that he got the power. so why dont u guys send a E-mail to the so called gala-net (i supose they made it, and runs it somehow or something alike) and complain about him, they cant see anything by themself... if ppl dont speak up prolly nothing would happend..
i know 1 post wont do much, but i bet ur not the first, as i guess many ppl did this allready since it sounds to be such a huge problem, and a really big issue (gm abusing hes power is indeed some serious stuff imo)

Trust me, many players have already reported this issue to Gala-net. The problem is, Xarfox is dealing with emails and he impersonates all other Game masters, resulting to negative answers on Xarfox's issue. On the other hand, Jason, manager of SCO, does absolutely nothing nor checks Xarfox's actions. Jason many times is not present since he is travelling alot.
Furthermore, many players reported Xarfox's issue on www.bbb.com without any luck. He is a "ban" freak. He bans people here and there and then posts like a crying baby on their forum that those players harassed him.
As I said, you can not trust a kid on his early twenties to be mature. Absolute power corrupts absolutely!!!!
You guys who are bashing Xarfox are full of crap. There is no way to prove any of what you're talking about. Calling him a liar and such. It's rediculous. Stop being SCO haters and actually talk about the game. If u ask anyone in game they all think Xarfox is a great GM. If you got banned cus ur an @$$hole ; deal with it.

My proof is that I actually play the game and know whats going on. And have been active and involved in the game since it's release.
And to claim that someone is impersenating / lying in the manner that the original poster is claiming is rediculous. And he's spamming these forums with new accounts trying to bash SCO. You will never hear any of what's being said in game because it's simply not true.

Why some people want to look like an idiot. Are you hallucinating again? I will repeat this to you, my account is active. Take a look on their other games as well, like Flyff, Corum, Rappelz. Several players are having the issues with their support and their ways. Are you implying I did all these accounts? You are making me laugh. Please, go to your BCU account and lead your Brigade. You are here to protect the one, aka Xarfox, who is trying to help you sooo much by abusing his powers.

SCO is an awesome game the GM's do good work including banning jerks. So play it=D

JazzyJet, those forums are for informing people about the game. If the game has more negative things than positive then so be it. If it happens the opposite,so be it as well. In those forums the term"free of speech" has a meaning, in contrast with sco forums where all the negative posts are deleted or removed.
You say tha the game is great and the GMs are really helpfull. This is your opinion,i respect it. I believe that this game HAD alot of potentials but because of the actions (or no actions at all) of GMs (especially Xarfox) it is going downhill. And this is my opinion about this game that i spent 6 months of my life,not to mention my money, and all of that in vain. So i feel the need to inform future players of sco what they will deal with.
If this game is soo great as you say, then you don't have to worry about such posts,do you?

LOL. You guys want to know who JazzyJet is? He is an BCU player. Xarfox Helps BCU players and Bann ANI player. Without Xarfox Jazzyjet and his rest of his friends will fail. Guys you get the point?

And GM Xarfox said hes never banned anyone for cross feeding, and I will say it again do not play this game you will waste money on Gpotatos and Xarfox will not do a thing to help with billing problems or any kind of problems. He is a sad lying GM that will do anything to cover up his ridiculas actions.

I'm sorry but no one has ever been banned for crossfeeding. If the bans you're referring to occurred today, they were because your "friend" stole items from another user's account, and then proceeded to move those items across several accounts, all with the same IP. Get your facts straight before you whip out your torches and pitchforks next time please.
