I agree while animations are good in eq2 the graphics look poor, ive played so many games and even the grindfest games look so much better on world textures.
EQ2 would be perfect if it wasn't for Graphics >.< Hmm maybe the LOTR's game might work for me better? Final Fantasy XI was good but once ya get to 75 it's dull >.< just repeats Guild Wars is ok but lv 20 cap pisses me off so won't go back to that,
Judging from your posts here, it's pretty clear you haven't even tried EQ2. You really can't say the graphics look poor just to look at a few screenshots! The game has a free trial (unless they just changed it). Download and try it - you really have nothing to lose.
FFXI dull/just repeats after lvl 75?? As far as I know, there are no other games out there with so many end-game options as there are in FFXI. Dynamis, Sky, Limbus, Sea, Salvage, Assault, etc. If you said the game was dull BEFORE lvl 75, I could have understood it (though not agreed).
I'm starting to wonder if what you are looking for really exist at all...
When you have all the top gear for Summon and done all the end game stuff it's as dull as they come!
Al Zahbi Raids are the fun bit but now ppl bring noobs to steal exp... Don't mind that tho cause I can summon and release near em and they die hehehehehe
I got all the Avatars on FFXI so nothing really left to do as SMN but it was the only job I wanted anyway,
Guess I'll wait til more games come out, Probs play FFXII til then, Was gonna try afew PS3 games but just sold my console... Didnd't like it >.<
Might try PSU on 360, Played that to lv 40 Force and it was ok
