Hi all. First of, this is not a complaint or anyting like that :-).
This game is more or less a exclusive PvE game, but what do you do with a that nice gear? I'm mostly a PvP player but will still buy this game and atleast play for a while because of the lore behind it.
For me PvE aspects of a game is to get some nice gear so I can PvP with a better chance of winning :-).
So why are you going to farm and spend hours crafting gear and weapons, just for kicks?

I know its "player vs monster" or whatever but the fact is that the monsters are actually other players and if you are in that area you will be fighting them which makes it PVP no matter how you slice it. So that fancy gear will come in handy since the monster side of it has quests and gear as well which means whoever has the best gear wins style pvp just like all other loot centric MMOs.
Other than purposely gimping the monster players the PVP should feel really familiar.
