First place you can get it is in Kaineng Center. Check my sig for more information.

Or from collectors. They give the most basic version, though beside that parts requiring e.g. Venerable Mantis Pincers the items to collect are easy to get. So it's virtually free.

That's a good point. And that armor is perfectly fine until you can afford the armor that you really want.

Max Seitung armor can be bought in Kaineng Center for 1.5K per piece + materials (depending on profession).

Actually, the first place you can get max armor in GW:Factions, is in Wajjun Bazaar from Voldo the Exotic:

Good point. I always forget about that guy. He's got spiffy armor, too.

Ryoko in Kaineng Center crafts max (70) Seitung armor; it's all there on the page you just posted. Basic armor is armor with no bonuses - thus cheaper than the one with bonuses. If I were you I'd buy the armor with the most energy bonus (Shrouded armor) as it is used in most - if not all - popular Assassin builds.

This link has a little more information - http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Assassin_Seitung_Armor

And I tend to agree, the Shrouded set should be something to look into since the Assassin uses SO much energy with its attacks. If not that, then a +HP set should be the next one you look at.

Personally I use a mix of Nightstalker (+15 armour while attacking on chest and legs) and Shrouded (gloves with an Attunement rune and boots). 30 base energy, works for me.

Ok I won't comment on the first part... As to where it's available, it's right there on the page you mention.

By the way: You don't NEED Seitung armor specifically, since there are three -3- different (max) armor designs in Kaineng Center that offer the exact same armor bonuses (can be obtained from different crafters). Pick the design you think looks the best (or mix the designs) then -carefully- locate the armor pieces with the same bonuses (or mix the bonuses). I say "carefully" because it's very easy to craft the wrong items - I know from numerous first-hand experiences. Take your time. xD

Tip: "Exotic" armor beats all the Kaineng Center ones (imo), costs the same as them AND can be acquired earlier: gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Assassin_Exotic_Armor
