I need help on the account creation and LOTR Downloader...

in Lord of the Rings Online

First on the account creation, after filling out all the blanks and clicking summit.

The next screen says that my 'username' is reserved for 10min and blah blah blah, and the internet frozes. what am I suppoesed to do here?? is anyone having the same issue??

Secoundly, The LOTR Downloaer. after downloading it, it wont run. how do I make it work??

since Im having trouble with the account creation I cant log into the forum.

so plz help. thank u

    For account creation, you can just try again. That message just says it reserved your username for 10 mins and that's all. Just put your key in the site again and start over.



    For the downloader issue, sounds like you have internet connection issue? Just launch it again and see if it resumes. If not, remove any partially downloaded files and try again.

    I've tried many times but it stil doesnt work...

    On the Account creation, the internet keeps freezing.... except on the Turbine account creating screen everything works fine. (which means my internet has no problem)

    It keeps freezing and the game downloader.... after downloading the exe file when I run it Runtime error pops up and it wont let me install the game.

    I need help plz =(

    I would suggest going to the official forums and posting in technical if you are able too. The download needs to be unzipped. Have you done that. It should be set up were when you click on it it will automaticaclly extract the files. If not you can try using winzip to extract it. If your internet is freezing up on you that is more than likely on your side. I have never had a problem with it freezing up. Do you have a friend that you with a PC that you can use to create your account. If so try it that way and you will have access to the official forums to ask for help in technical. Hope this helps you some.
