Is respeccing easy?

I'm coming back to DAOC after many years away... I think I want to play a friar, but I'm not sure.  How tough is it to respec nowadays?  I remember having to kill a dragon and hope for the best that you won a roll for a respec stone.  Have things changed with regard to that?

    Yes thinks have changed you can now buy a skill line respec and after every new patch mythic makes they will give everyone a free mythic respec which is like a full respec.
