EU, buy and download online?

in Lord of the Rings Online

I'm wondering to give this game a try, so i wonder if its possible to buy and download the game online somewhere? so i can start playing right away(or almost)?

As in the title, i live in the EU, so the EU version of the game is what i'am talking about.

    Check Codemasters (UK) online store, I think they offer it as a download.

    One question, it costs only 5euro or something for the game, thats a bit cheap? or do i need to buy the full game once we hit the 24th?

    Yes, you do need to buy the full game the 24th, but I believe one option is yo buy just a key from the Codemaster online store. They will then subtract your 5euro from the price.
