I have given up trying to Quit this game...I guess I'm here to stay.

After this last patch....

I am not only coming back for good, I am reactivating my other account. The truth is I have quit this game Nine different times (per my records). I always come back with a few weeks or months. I have decided I will no longer try to quit this game. I just cant do it. I was hoping STO would replace SWG but as of now STO has bombed! I need a nice sandbox game with good PVP and SWG gives me this. I have been looking around the different planets and I think I am going to settle on TAT. It was the place I started and I always loved it. I am goiing to wait until the purge and build a nice Farm out in the middle of no where....as far away from anyone as possible.

I have to say that I have played this game for 3 years on and off...it is as good now as any other MMORPG out there. I do not see anything on the horizon (with the exception of WAR) that really peaks my interest. I am not a fan of SOE but this game is not bad. In fact it's quite fun ATM. Everything coming to market is a WOW Clone, Fantasy or they have that Clicky-Clicky FPS TPS combat system...I hate them all!

I will say that right now "Content" is needed to make SWG numbers soar again. Mainly, the game needs PvE but I am a hardcore PvP guy....I hope to see more PVP stuff later. They also need to find a way to make grinding a toon easier. Right now that is a big grip from the Noobs. Other than that...I say it is safe for you VETs to atleast try the game again...It really is almost like the old game. I will be on some lonely corner of TAT until the game goes tits up.

yeah i quit soon after the CU hit but just came back on a trial and man it brings back so much memories. still very very great game alittle dumbed down from my time but not bad at all only thing i really see as a problem right now is population. most the servers i play on are abit empty though there are some npc cities that are well populated Mos Eisley being one of them where the cantina is full of Ents trying to make a buck and great conversations are there to be had. all yeah vets out there would do best to come back and see how it holds for you chances are you will want to come back at least for abit to relive your adventures from a time long ago

P.S. dont play Jedi cause they suck just as they always have
