Here is what I like:

Good community

Well, i don't know.  The list of games listed, they basically are all 1 in the same, cept maybe a different quest line.  There is pretty much all grind for levels in the game.  Flyff and Silkroad have decent graphics, along with last chaos if i remember correctly.  Community aspect, I don't think your going to find it in any of these games.  Now I could be wrong in this, but most that play are younger people who aren't exactly the most mature and tend to treat people rudely.  This is my of opinion of course.  I think all of these games have the same type of game control, where you use the mouse to click and move.  Now i'm personally not a fan of it, but if that is what you like, they give that to ya.  As far as the item shops go, I have no clue.  I couldn't stomach most of these for more then an hour or 2.  So i can't be sure how they are different.  Another game that you may want to look at as well that is free is Space cowboy.  I'm really not a fan of these types of games, but this one is somewhat unique.  It isn't hack/slash like, it is flying around blowing shit up.  Now in theory, they are the same, but it is a little break from the normal grind.  That is my 2 cents.  Hope it helps ya.

You know, its not on your list but judging from the list and the things that I have read, Voyage Century might be a good fit for you.  It is just released recently so you can start at the beginning and it is free to play.

Lots of good games on the market but few of them are free....

You can also try Dofus (http://www.dofus.co.uk), it's not new but graphics are fine, and the community matters more than PvP. If you like close-knit communities, this game is definitely for you.

It's pretty much grinding in there too, but all f2p contains alot of grinding, live with it. You get what u pay for.

Anyways Rappelz got nice graphics (for being a f2p), nice gameplay and fairly many quests. It's free to play, but u can also spend money on ur character if u want to.

Here is the Voyage Century link.  I haven't played it but read good things about it for a F2P.
