digital download?

in Lord of the Rings Online
is there a place where i can buy the game and digitally download the game?

I don't feel like going to the store LOL

    Don't believe there is currently. Blizzard actually got in real trouble when they announced the digital download of their expansion due to the brick and mortar stores carrying their product. With the current status of the game the only way to get a hold of it is by going by your local game store and grabbing it.



    In the future they may release a digital download once stores stop carrying it, but currently it is frowned upon to release a digital copy directly from the seller and a hard copy to stores. I am sure this will change, but with the new games coming out and EB  taking over they want to make sure they do not lose customers due to this.

    There is no way to digitally download the game. Though you can order the game online and have it delivered to you. That way you do not have to go to the store to buy it. But then you have to pay for shipping unless you want to wait a week for the free ground shipping.
