    *phew* towards end of this month it seems, I would bet most likely early next month. That's just a wild guess.

    If ever there was a pent-up demand for some breaching... Series! bring on the spillage. I spent months in the Anarchy Online Beta, the horror stories I could tell, if anyone actually game a damn.

    Hopefully real soon i was invited to sign up for beta about 2 weeks ago so am patiently awaiting my recruitment,  well patiently till the last few strands of my hair falls out

    With over 100,000 signed up for beta..the odds seem to be a bit long on getting an early invite.

    but i wonder how many people signed up multiple times. that 1:100,000 chance could be much smaller depending on how many entries one makes...

So one could only make as many entries as one has computers to access, even if he could fake the rest of the information.

    Remember your math!

    It's only 1:100,000 if they are giving ONE beta invite.

    For the Technical part of the beta, it'd be reasonable that it'd be 200-500ish, and for the general beta, far more invites will go out (of course many will be going out from mid-summer until a few weeks before release). If they invite 10k people, then your odds get much better.

    True about the 100,000 people signing up for beta...but i thought that was just for the first weekend (Easter Weekend) so it sounds like they have well over 100,000 people that signed up for beta.  So your odds are even worse now.

    yep, 50K inside of the first 24 hours, and another 50K over the rest of the week. Who knows how many have signed up in total by now.

    I dare say there is probably 200k+ at this point signing up for beta.  But that is just random guess from me.

    So if the technical beta starts sometime this month, when does it end , and the general beta begains? Because he said that only a few will get into the technical beta, but they will let more in for the general beta. So I'm guessing thats my best hope for getting into the beta is for to be invited to the general one. Anyone know? Its no big deal really, I'm just really excitted to play this game :)
