Well thats what we're here for! To help wiff the tough decisions...
Graphics: I think youll get what you pay for in this regard. GnH's graphics appear to be way more polished than Regnums (i dont think there is a whole lot of debate there). But for a free game, one really cant complain.
Concept: Regnum appears to be a standard MMO compared to what has been out since '04 and up until this year when new concepts begin to come out. GnH offers a new minion system that appears to be the backbone of the game and isnt really comparable to anything that ive seen or heard of. Perhaps someone new to MMO's would really like Regnum because of price and since they wouldnt have anything to compare it to.
I played Silk Road for awhile, which was also a free game, and i was really turned off by the excessive botting and cheating that was going on. Without a good staff team, issues may begin to seep through the cracks and be addressed very slowly or not at all.
Besides that, players that choose to pay money get certain bonuses that players otherwise wouldnt get. This creates an unfair curve which translates to the best players being the ones with the biggest wallets (which is the same reason i quite Magic the Gathering some 10 odd years ago).
So basically if your not super competitive and new to MMO's and want to save money on games then go for Regnum!
