HELP!!!

in Lord of the Rings Online

okay so the game is out and for some reason it tells me to get hardware texture compression wtf is that... if its direct X then i have that but my game wont load and well i got in one time but then it was only the outlines of things that were showing. it was more like the development of the game instead of the actual game can someone help me

i use AMD 3000+

1GB ram

X800GTO 256mb

    I'll ask one of my buddies what he had to do, but it had something to do with his bios or something. Can't remember exactly, but he downloaded a program that did it in the end and he got it working after about a day of frustration.

    That would be great THANKS..... its really pissing me off right now .... ive been trying to get it to work since 4pm and its 12am lol
