Sorry, you must have misunderstood something very badly...
The founder's deal is only available for those who have participated in the early access/open beta, or at least have an early access key that they have activated BEFORE the 24th of April.
Moreover, the founder's option never meant any playing time, especially not free one. You can either have a lifetime sub, or a 9,99 USD/month option (paid in a 6 month chunk) if you registered to the founders program. Nothing else.
