Well the community support forums are for everything but account problems... But devs are usually monitoring them from time to time so it wouldn't hurt trying that too.
I think you will be able to run the game okay with a 64 mb card. Is it a GeForce 3 or 4 series? Even a 3 should technically work. I WOULD turn all the settings down to performance though. When you DO run the game, try turning off other things in memory. So much of the games calculations are done on your machine, so bulking it up isn't a bad idea. Are you broadband or dialup? Dialup still works technically, but they plan to phase it out.
Don't give up on the game though. You won't find anything else remotely like this game and once you are addicted to being a squadmate and giving the nme heck, you won't be able to look at another FPS type wargame as anything other than very arcade-like. This is the ONLY game I can honestly say I have tasted a hint of true fear while playing, as our grandfathers experienced while actually fighting that war.

They are not phasing out. As i wrote in an other thread
From 2004 road map:
"New Update System: Our groundbreaking update system has served us well for 3 years but it is due for replacement.
RELATED FEATURES AND SYSTEMS:
Increased Visible Player Limit - A new method of handling the up and down-flow of our update data (the updates to and from players) will allow us to re-manage our visible player limits to show more players and reduce bandwidth resources. This means youll be seeing more players and less warping."
This game is very good, and getting better with every patch
I'd agree there sometimes walker, but there are occasions when the game is very satisfying. Currently the game is going through one of those ... none satisfying moments though.
Manohun, my apologies, I read a post by Killer that once some the 2005 changes get finalized and functional, dialup may have to eventually phase out. I admit that this may have changed, but at one point the Rats were discussing it as inevitable in the LONG run and only then to be phased out.
Sorry manohun, i am complete layman when talking computer parts etc. Are we talking about graphics cards?
Also: sorry but I have another quetion, I don't exactly understand what the idea of the game is. I know it's a very realistic World War 2 simulation - but what I don't understand is something that I read on the website, about mission. Do you just select a mission and then play thator what?
This game hes a consistent gameworld. You can select where, and on what mission u spawn in this world, but u are not limited for only that mission you can go anywhere on the map once u are in. The mission is just there to let u know where ppl needed. Missions posted by other player, if u reach a certain rank u can do it also.
Just like in Matrix. U enter somewhere in the world, but then u are free to go anywhere.

Thanks manohun,
I have 1.8 ghz processor and was planning to upgrade to 512, or maybe more, of RAM anyway.
What do u mean by: 'forget 5200 and gef4MX'? Do you mean if I have one of these I shuold upgrade?
the game uses pixel and vertex shader
MX doesnt have shader and 5200 is too weak. U can play with these but i will be slow or ugly
