Btw, from gamer to gamer would you let your own game you are currently playing die? You would probably do the same thing I am right now. This is our last resort.
If it would revive, it would die soon after. I won't sign because it would be completely pointless. I would feel bad to give a company any false hope of success in the west with this game. I'd rather have a company ignore titles like this and go for the better ones (ZerA for example). I think many will agree with me, and I don't say this often, when I say that the game is total crap. Even for a free to play MMORPG, the game is mediocre at best.

It is interesting that you are playing 9Dragons. Did you know the same company Persistent Worlds that was publishing Carpe Diem, had 9Dragons as well. Before Acclaim did. The version they had was much better than the Acclaim one. Half players were playing CD others were playing 9D. People curently playing 9D have stated on the Petition topic there that PW's verison was much better.
If it was f2p it would not die out I am sure of that Game. There were plenty of players that played until the game went live. Sadly they are in other games and it is hard to get in contact with people you have no clue where they currently are.
You know I used to play WoW it bored me. I tested out Granado Espada it was boring so I left it in the dust. Nothing to this date has satisfied what I am looking for since Carpe Diem. Plenty of people will tell you that.
Look at some of the crappy f2p games out now, and tell me this is false hope? They are still alive. Might have been abandoned but people still play the game.

some ppl like the game and some dont, he probly didint couse the game wasnt made for PKers but for players who PLAY the game so your main objective in game is to lvl up, arm yourself and follow the neverending story (with that you will always be able to lvl since game has apsolutly no lvl gap) and while you follow the story you get invaded from hundreds of mobs (you can see an example in "worlds end" video)

To those that didn't like it or think it looks like a stupid game sorry you feel that way but there are people who enjoyed it. I used to play WOW and don't like that game but instead of flaming it I just leave it at that . If you don't like what we are doing just ignore us but to those that will give us there support and sign the petition thank you greatly we really do appreciate it

Honestly, if you would get 1000 signatures, and 800 of them would be of people who dont even play the game and just took 2 minutes to vote for your game, you would be playing with 200 other players ... Wow, that game will run for years!
And besides, its a freaking game, you dont have to go all crusader on it. I've had some of my games close, that doesnt mean i will just start supporting games that i think are bad. And yes i am entitled to my opinion in case you want to go all "you dont know nothing" on me.

but the saddest thing is that so little supported a revival of an MMORPG.
this game is better than 90% games listed on this site and your saying it sucks.
this game has better gaming options than 98%
and company whanned to make this game P2P for our sakes, all we needed to do was to pay i think 5$ for 1 month, 12$ for 3 months and not sure how much for 1 year. and no it didint require client cost, just monthly fee on the lowest price
F2P is good if Item Mall is balanced and in most game it isnt, so who has more money is the best and not the player who is the best without buying items in Item Mall. but the fun is to beat the item mall guy isnt it

Yes I am a Carpe Diem player from closed beta all the way through to the sad end and I have never found a game which matches up to this one since the day it died, and before you start flaming me that I haven,t tried blah blah blah....... I have tried many, i,ll list a few for you shall I?

Archlord = no community as such
Rappelz = lag fest
Wow =trash

I don't think the graphics were horrible But not up do date. The world had some beautiful scenery I loved the DB's homeland was pretty as hell. Could of been better graphics yes, but it didn't take away from the greatness of the game for me.
Yeah there was a problem with the combat system, skill trees, and other classes having more of an advantage than others :P The Gm's were almost done fixing those problems but they didn't have the chance to implant it into game because the game died as they were working on it. It's a shame because I was a Dark Lord one of the less advantaged classes. I still had fun with her though by far :P

Also, I wrote one, yes, only ONE reply which could be considered "bashing" the game. The other ones was me answering a question if this game has a monthly fee, telling someone it is not wise to bash other games when yours is struggeling for petition, as it really won't help you to get people to sign for the game, and one for showing someone a trailer of a game, so stop trying to portrait me like I'm someone only here to bash the game.

I heard carpe diem had bad graphics and cookie cutter combat system.
