Hey 10 adventurer levels, 10 more crafting levels, more raid content, a couple more quest, more equipment.
Awesome cant wait to pay $30.00 for this expansion minus my $2.00 for pre-order..
(edit)
For the record I was been sarcastic
Good ole Kunark. The EQ2 community has known about this possible expansion for awhile now. Original post regarding the name patent was posted here over two months ago.

Avatars are people too
Why?
This game has already 3 expansions and a ton of adventure packs which are mini expansions
Look at WOW only 1 expansion and the games came out within a month difference
Whos doing better? sony or blizzard.... the numbers say blizzard and believe it sony had a bigger fan base then blizzard did
and now that i have A 70 in wow also i will tell u WOW has more to it then EQ2 ever had with 3 expansions that are very limited.
yeah
Well, I played wow amd after leveling to max in 2 months, I said thanks but no thanks.
People who have to create conspiracy and hate threads to further a cause lacks in intellectual comprehension of diversity.
"Granted thinking for yourself could be considered a timesink of shorter or longer duration depending on how smart..or how dumb you are."
When EQ2 was released there 500K people playing online in Everquest when WoW was released Blizzard had 15 million people playing online on Battlenet.
Do you yell out "Baaaaaabaaaaabaaaa" when you get scared?
Wow's not bad. I played it for quite a while. But it's just plain false that WoW has more to it then EQ2. Sorry but EQ2 is a far more complex game. Every monkey and its bananna knows this.
Here ya go. Sounds great already. Epic weapons especially . Only thing missing is a release date. And there's gonna be a big live update before Kunark putting even more content.

Hehe same here if true im a looking forward to it thats for sure.
I like to put it this way..WOW is a puddle..not much depth, very shallow game
Eq2 however is a swimming pool full of depth and more things to than you can shake a stick at,and i would hardly call 3 adventure packs a "ton"
OK I've left VG and was considering either trying out Burning Crusade or LoTRs but then I saw this. Kunark? Sarnaks? Dieties and Religion? Epic Weapons? OK I'm curious as a EQI fan who quit EQII at level 20 right after release. This sounds pretty spiffy and I had already heard good things about the Fae expansion. I have a few questions to ask those currently playing and appreciate any info.
1. Can you make an Ogre or Dark Elf and choose to start him in Faydwer or Kunark instead of Freeport (I hated Freeport).
2. Do you get to pick dieties at character creation like with EQI? (Wasn't in the game at release) Does this have any affect? Do any avatars of dieties show up or affect the world?
3. Are their more armors and weapon choices? The original armors were limitied and goofy looking.
4. How is the community and Guilds and such? I believe I was on Antonia Bayle server before.
5. Do they have raids in game like the Planes from EQI?
2)You have to quest for your dieties, so you have complete control over who you worship. I have seen the avatars around, but haven't seen them do anything.
3)There are more, but they are still struggling with the type of character models they started with. It limits them in how different the armour can look.
4)AB is still the busiest servers, but you can languish for lack of groups at times.
5)Never played EQ1 so can't comment. Some of the raids are short, some are long.
