I'm not really a fan of the series, and I'll probably steer clear of this one, but... if those are really screen shots from the game I just have to say: Bravo for nailing the look of the show and for the slick looking interface.

If they put this together well then it just might be a pretty popular MMO.

Edit: Question though. If it's 216 years after this Goku guy left, why is he in the shot at the top? Is he immortal or something? I would think if he's gone they wouldn't even bother putting him in game.

I love the graphcs style and sleek UI, it looks like a much-needed change from today's bog-standard. Whether they'll pull it off as a good, solid game... that is the question.

I think i saw it on a japanese mmo site, the game is developing in japan right now, not for America. So don't expect release until 2010.

And beside, "japanese" MMORPG never brother getting over to America, not many game could come over (seriously you could count with your fingers a JAPANESE mmorpg in Us market = 1....FFXI)

    none

Yes, after the final arc of the Dragonball storyline (Volume 42) Son Goku became a true immortal and the strongest fighter in the universe (well at least in Akira Toriyama's Dragonball universe). He was last seen leaving with Shen Long (the wish granting dragon summoned by the dragonballs) to Kintoun, a realm where immortal dragons and gods dwell. There's an epilogue just before the story ends, 100 years later he came back to earth to check on his decendants and seeing that there is peace on earth he departed again.
