Below are a list of some of the skills from the ork and Dwarven early client. This is "gossip" not news so dont take this as "omg the guy from MMO said so"
They are redoing the OrkvsDorf batle anyway, but these are the skills the classes had so I am reposting them here! for our readers. Credits to "onlywar.com" for the OP. You can also find a list of morale abilities on warwikki (Ill prob post those next)

I guess I wish we knew more about Marauders and stuff, because I'm having a lot of trouble deciding between Black Orc, Choppa, and Marauder =/ I want to be able to deal good damage and snare the target essentially, and focus on crit %.
This list of skills is actually not all the same skills I saw when I played in january. for instance black orks had a ranged shield throw that slowed, and rune priest had a rune of iron which was a focus spell that lowered damage greatly on the person whom you casted it on... I remember that one because I tried to cast it on my self when I had a choppa on me and ... well... lets just say you cant FOCUS really well with a 7 ft ork hitting you with a meat cleaver.
but the majority of them where the same. Only I remember Action points going up to 100 not 130. Now action points are the kicker here. alot of you see a skill and think to yourselves, wow thats powerful! but if it costs 130 (100) action points thats your FULL BAR. I would say it takes about 4-5 seconds to regain your action bar.
When I would cast a heal with my shaman, I would have to wait 3 sec or so to cast another one, so while I could cast heals I sure as heck could never spam the heal button to keep someone alive.
this makes me think if you are a healer, spec heavy in healing so you will have to heal less often

Seeing as he has "Staff Writer" under his name, I am thinking it is a safe assumption that he has indeed played the game. They did do an article on it a few months back and heck you can hear, I believe, Garret in the background of the Official WAR video of the press event. So me thinks that he has indeed played it and spent more time talking to the devs then most of the other sites that feature warhammer. Remember things change, placeholders get replaced, abilities get balanced, and things get taken out. So things could have changed.

If you have played why would you say your action points bar is 100 and then say you use your full bar when you cast a 100 point spell? Action points have never been that low in any build they have always been around ~500. Also your so called review is a paraphrased copy and paste from only-war.com.
You are a phony and your comment about the Action point bar proves it.
