Games opening new servers/ Games going OB

Hi everyone.
The upcoming weeks I have loads of free time and I am kinda looking for a MMORPG to play.
However, I don't prefer starting a character when everyone else is lvl 100+.
Therefore, I really enjoy new servers, or even games going OB.
It's now the beginning of May, and I figured it would be likely possible that games are adding new servers where everyone is level 1.
I've browsed a little but couldn't find much, so any help is appreciated.
Do you know any games opening new servers shortly/going OB ?

Not sure if I still need another email saying ive been chosen to join the CB :P
1) It's called a Closed Beta, not an Open Beta. Open Beta means that anyone can join and play, Closed is a limited and specific group of testers.
2) There is no FPS in Tabula Rasa, it is all an RPG, just in a sci-fi setting. Guns != FPS.
Hench why I asked for OB's.
Because of my last posts action... which I will not comment on because of similar action...
All I have to say to you is this: Look. There are news posts, pages of people reporting OBs, and the like. So look.
