go check out linage2 main site in the discussions ,ROFLOL im glad i didnt buy the game yet,only way ill play that game is if they do a full wipe and start over when c1 comes out.

basically it went crazy there with dupers and at moment there banning everyone that duped and also not only them but everyone else that had taken the duped items or money from others that had duped,so i guess after all the bans there wont be too many ppls left.
hang round till site comes back up im sure it wont be much longer.

that is one of the craziest things i've ever seen, it looked like a good game i played a little in beta which was an ok experience.
I am just disgusted with what is going on, they really should have fixed the problem in one way or another, whether it be a server wipe or wipe the money or what have you. Pretty much everyone that was dupin just screwed the game royally for everyone else in there. It saddens me and i have nothing further to say but for shame.......
Yes, i played the beta and it looked quite good, stable and was fun.
But even at this time there were very strange people online, discussing iraq and social systems and fight religious things in the main chat...
I have never seen such a crab in the chatline for a long time...
Maybe it is an attack or something (am i paranoia ?) on the game, but it seems the players are VERY young in this game, maybe attracted by the characters ;-))
Still strange and i dont get it.
In this situation what could NC Soft do about it ? Banning is not a complete solution.
Id have to agree. I played L2 in beta for a while and I noticed a HUGE difference between the player base in L2 and City of Heros (beta as well). The perceived L2 average age was pre-teen where the more mature players were in CoH.
I'm now playing CoH. Its sad about L2 because when I first started it, the first thing I said about it was "WOW what a beautiful game!" Amazing how a player base can ruin such beauty. Oh well.
