How did you earn your first 10 million?

I was wondering how you all earned your first 10 million and how it felt. Me it was from a mixture of mining and agent running and it felt great. Like i really achieved something now i have almost 1.9 billion.

    I had my CEO pod me for a nice 30mil a piece.



    turns out that people get really pissy when you ransom thier pods and then blow them up. Donated that money to the war effort and kept my bounty they placed on me for myself.



    Note 2 years later and I just blew 20million on a Gurista Faction Shuttle. if you doubt me you'll have to mail or PM me ingame.

    Once I figured out salvaging, I would run missions, come back, jump in my dedicated salvager, and salvage like crazy.  Mission +Salvaging=1-3.5mil ea.  However, it burned me out after a bit.

    When I was new someone gave me access to a private mission Omber Field.  Easy first 10mil (though it was actually much more).

    my first 10 mill was quite fast and scary. I was sitting around just started lvl2 missions and was tired of flying solo so i asked if anyone wanted ot fly with me and i got an offer from a corp mate to come help him in his lvl4 taking out the tackling frigs. i got up there and he looked at my ship asked me if i could fly destroyers. dropped me the money to buy my first catalyst and helped me learn how to fit it up for killing other npc frigs. and off we went.



    you can imagine how i felt being a 2 week old character sitting beside this apoc blowing up these little frigs and the whole time hoping i dont accidentaly shoot the wrong thing and pull agro relising that if that happened i would be responsible for the loss of a catalyst but possibly an apoc. We put a nail in the mission without somuch as a hiccup after we were done he complimented me on how fast i picked up on what to do and not to do and gave me 15 mill been flying with the guy ever since... btw the mission was Vengeance lvl4

    I have always had a frustrating tendancy to spend all my isk as soon as i earn it and to lose it even faster...but i think my first 10m was probably from good ol' missions, lvl 2 i expect. Since then all my isk is from 0.0 ratting :P (new ideas welcome)

    my first 10 mill of isk was from mining omber and jaspet :p racked up money real quick, though i got podded a few times. so i mainly stuck to the main 0.5 belts :P mining is boring, but its lucrative quick for a noob. also did alot of NPC agent missions which helped with cash flow.

    I did it before all this salvage mumbo-jumbo. My first toon by pirating haulers.



    Me and my partner, hit a convoy of 6 Itheron V's. They were carrying hem.. whatever the name is. The ore that yields megacyte. That earned us both a bounty of 40 mill each. So, in between the ore and killing each other for the bounty's we did close to 150 mill. I don't remember that was the quantity once we split it or the grand total.



    Before that I was a poor bum all the time. In between updating ships and buying skills, I never had more than 4 mill in the pocket.

    Making my first 10 million was easy.

    Visited shattered crystal, visited sell forum, isk arrived in wallet, sent GTC to buyer.

    Easy.  Don't know why everyone doesn't do it.  Well except for poor people, cause they are the ones buying the GTCs.

    And with the new sooooooooper secure way of selling GTCs life will be even easier for cheaters like me.

    ho, hum, I'm off to buy a CNR and faction fittings with the proceeds from my latest batch of sales.

    I was the CEO of a corporation. We made our money from mining and then building. We took the corporation from 30 million to 3 billion in just under 45 days.  When we disolved the corporation my shares of the stock came to 2.0 billion plus what I had already earned set me at 3 billion easy.

    I started just after RMR as caldari civre, I did a 1/3 and 2/3 plex (only the first 2 rooms couldnt manage the last room) and basicly stayed there all day till I could buy a cruiser (caracal) then did lvl 2s till I made my first 10 mill, it felt good btw cos it was all my hard work

    this was over two years ago - got it the old fashioned way - earned it by trade running

    of course this was back when you could do trade running before freighters were in the game

    Doing missions, up to level 3 missions with 100 million ISK in the wallet. I got bored after one month.

    i Got my first 30mil by winning the lotto with 1 ticket entry on eve radio lol. then i got bored of the endless grind of the game so went else where.

    Missions and salvaging, rinse and repeat. Starting to approach 2mill SP so gonna try to find something else to do so I dont get bored :p

    i made my money the butthole way i went to kisogo and bout ore for 93% less that it was worth and went to jita and sold it for 300% what i bought it for and it was still  less than anyone else there you go how to make alot of money in your first 10hours of playing(seriously it only took me ten hours of learning this game to figure out how to make lots of cash hauling) i still do this fairly often

    We'll about 2 months after release I picked back up Eve.  Started a corp with members from my beta corp.  We spent a couple days training for Ospreys.  We then went and did ninja mining in 0.1-0.3 space.  Didn't take that long cause there used to be rare ore in low sec.  Man how I miss the old days.

    Looted a LG slave implant from a NPC rat in a 0.6 system. Sold it for 24 Million.

    That was in my second or third week.

    I think it was the first weeks in EvE Online

    me and a friend   was thinking   veldspar wasnt the way to get rich  :)   

    We jumped straight into    " old CA alliance"   space and mined for a week :)     think the first million was hitting my haulers cargo bay in some minutes     I wont go into how much isk we hehe earned by  mining ark  and those stuff for a week :)
