I need to know becuase everytime I use it this windows debuger comes up and stops everything.

    Umm probably. Cant you save your buddy list seperately anyway?

    I know in the old one you can but not in this one. I'm guessing it stays there? I can't find any option to save.

    It's saved on AOL servers. You can log on AIM anywhere and your friends list will be there.

    Jaguar is correct, you will not lose your list.

    Anyone on your buddy list who you would lose ties with if you didn't have them on AIM isn't a good enough friend to keep anyway.
