New player looking for some help...

in Everquest II
so i have played the trial thing and i really like it so far and am thinking about buying the game

but the thing im wondering is....is there a release yet with all the expansion packs? so you can buy them all at once instead of paying for them 1 by 1?



and also what are the adventure packs about? are they the same as the expansion pack (ie you have to buy them?) or can you just dl them?



last but not least....im planing to start a beserker on a pvp server..could someone point out as to what race fits them best? ( @ evil side ofc)

    If you buy echoes of faydwer it comes with the original and all expasions. You have to buy this in store though, if you digital download you only get EoF.


    From what I remember the adventure packs cost money but you download them and they are only a couple of bucks. Some might even be free. They arent the expansions, they include different content.


    As for your third question, I hate that question : p. play whatever race is most appealing to you. One you would want to look at for hours and play as. Once you get out of the low lvls it dosent even matter anymore.

    ok so i have just orderd the game...but i also have another question and plz bare with me as this is my first mmo ;x



    after looking around i found out that there are 3 kind of servers pvp, rp and pve?

    im interested in both pvp and pve and so far i have gathered this



    afaik in pvp servers you can pvp whatever and whenever you want? (you can also kill your own race members?)



    and in pve servers you can still pvp? you can raid the others map (ie if your playing as evil dark elf you can raid the human base and kill them?) but you cant kill your own race members?



    is this the difference between the 2? someone correct me if im wrong plz

    Its Qeynos versus Freeport.  You cannot kill your own side unless you duel them.  Also you can become an exile, which i think can attack both sides.

    The only PvP on the PvE servers is done via a consunsual duel or in the arena.

    There's no PvP on PvE servers.  You can duel people and use the arena but really there is no PvP.  I would suggest maybe making your first char on PvE til you get used to the game then use another character slot for PvP once you decided which class you wanted to PvP with most.  I've never tried PvP in EQ2 so don't know what it's like.
