Trial of Isles Problem HELP!

in Everquest II
I recently downloaded and installed Everquest 2 to see if I would like it since I played the original EQ. Anyway to the point of this topic....

Should It take 5 hours to upload the EQ 2 patch???? Ive had it going since 3:30 and its 7 right now    and it says that I have 2 hours left.....

please help if you have any ideas.

    And SO worth it.
    If you're a fan of EQ1, it's well worth the wait

    Played so far: 9Dragons, AO, AC, AC2, CoX, DAoC, DF, DnL, DR, DDO, Ent, EvE, EQ, EQ2, FoMK, FFO, Fury, GW, HG:L, HZ, L1, L2, M59, MU, NC1, NC2, PS, PT, R:O, RF:O, RYL, Ryzom, SL, SB, SW:G, TR, TCoS, MX:O, UO, VG, WAR, WoW...
    It all sucked.

     I just downloaded the trial of the isles as well. it took 4 hours and 35 minutes to completely install and patch. I can't imagine how long the whole process would be for the play the fae trial.

    Unfortunately it does take that long. Although, 5 hours isn't too bad (Well, I guess for a trial it is :P). I bought The Fae expansion online, so I had to download it, along with all previous expansions, and all of their patches.

    It took 30-40 hours... I cried.


    Was worth the wait, though :)

    But mostly it's the slow servers that is the problem.. ye well.
