Need help selectin which game to play

Hello.. Im an "ex" Runescape player.. i reached lvl 121.. but it soon became boring.. So im looking for a game that has/is:



- F2p

- Levels DO matter

- Fun PVP

- Fun PVE (I think PVE means everything not player vs player)

- That is fun

- Good customer support

- Not a stupid community (doesn't matter much though =p)

- Good graphics

- A friendlist (or something that im able to talk to ppl)

    A Perfect World :D Great graphics for a F2P game. Amazing community....Great PVE and PVP. (territorial wars woohoo! kinda like risk lol).

    It is going into CBT in JUNE! Well the playable MY English version :) They wont be banning ips so that is a plus, unlike the PH English version :(

    I recommend you move to iPBFree.. it has 10x more features than IF and it's IPB 1.3.. with a ton of features, friendly staff (they answer fast).. i wil ltry out the game you told me..



    Is it in english or chinese (the game)?

    Hehehe yeah never touched IPB but I will look into it later on ;) Please do join our community, would love to have more players in game with us and as well get acquainted with you. It will be translated to English ;)

    City of Heroes/Villains is perfect for your points except the F2P, yet, you can try a 14 days trial.

     

    Guild War is F2P once you pay the initial box, no idea how the game is however.

    City of Herous isn't completly free.. And i will try Perfect World once its English version :D

    The English client is not yet downloadable until CBT starts. Though you can make an account beforehand and test out the Chinese version to see if you like the game :) Join Carpe Kin, and there is a guide on how to do this under Perfect World.

    dont play any.  mmorpgs suck right now.

    Serious death penalties makes every close call an adrenaline rush, and every minor achievement a major victory. This alternative rule-set should be in all MMORPGs.

    If you can wait long enough, Hellgate London is coming out.  I'll definitely be buying it the first day.
