Btw, I think you'd get more hearing if you posted this on the Vector Recruitment forum on DN1, after all those are all Vector players looking for factions.
It's easy, go to DN1, log in (I can do it, why shouldn't you?), and copy-past this message. Good luck finding faction members, and give them a few worthy items from your full inventory to show them you're cool with them, I know that helps.
