need a idea here

I've been playing Diablo 2 and Warcraft 3 (both expansions) for awhile now and I want to get into a mmorpg.  During the summer I have a lot of free time and I'm looking for a game you have to put a good amount of time into in order for your chacter to do well.  Anyone have any ideas on what game to play or to at least try?  i'm open for ideas here.

    if i was you i would go to the Games list on this site then check out the links to the games web site, see if they are offering a free trial, if they are download it try and see if you like. if you see a game doesnt offer a free trail you think you might like, check out the released games forums and see pro and con comments by the players it might help. by doing games list and links to web site you can narrow your search down to a reasonable amount of game you wish to try or ask about.

    im doing the 15 day AC2 and Dark Age of Camolot now to see if either are for me, sort of liking AC2 somewhat, havent started DOAC yet

    Where did you get your 15 day trial for DAoC?  I've been looking for a little variety and I wanted to try that game.

    hi its a seven day trial, i went to there web site then to fileplanet.com and looked up DOAC, then downloaded the free trail, make sure to get the cd code. it still takes a credit card but just sign up then go to account a little later and cancel account till your sure you want it. also at fileplanet scroll down once your at the download site for DOAC and use public servers, takes longer but its free. mine took about 1 and 1/2 hour download on cable
