These ones don't exactly cover PC games all the times, but Kotaku and its nemesis Joystiq offer good game information from time to time.

I get my game info thru numerous sources and sites like ign/gamespy, 1up.com, mmorpg.com, gamasutra, and various other sites.

    MMORPG.COM

Yeah, it's a great site for finding all kinds of info on online games and what is happening in the gaming industry.

Like other people who have posted, I read a lot of different sites for game info and industry news. I get daily email from Gamasutra and alerts on particular games from Gamespot and MMORPG.com, but if I have more time, I'll actually hit my bookmarks to visit various sites, including game news sites and the official sites of games I am following

When it comes to actually buying games, I prefer to either play a demo myself or talk to people I know IRL who have played the game in question and know me well enough to know what I look for in games. After that, I'll consider what people post on forums and what's written in reviews. I tend to check prices on the web for the chain stores and online retailers before I buy. (I <3 the pay-online-and-pick-up-in-store option.)

    ...
This is where I draw the line: __________________.

i have sources all over the place that give me info. just last week i heard about how crappy TCoS is in it's beta, that is one game i am not going to buy, it also came with screenies.

i also have another source telling me that Gods And Heros are just another clone of another sword and magic like EQ, Knight online or MU. and it's generally stable. great, thats all i need. no thanks.
