If you consider Guild Wars an MMORPG, then Guild Wars is the #1 MMORPG I'm most anticipating, followed by Everquest2. If you don't consider GW an MMORPG, then Everquest2 would be my number 1 followed by Reclamation (after that Q&A, that game seems to be shaping up to a great game).

Humm tough question. I know I will try EQ2, WoW, Dark and Light and Vangaurd.
Which am I anticipating most? I think for this year EQ 2 is the one I am most anticipating. The fact that they are doing so much to cater to small groups, less amount of time to accomplish things and are addressing a bunch of my EQ beefs really has me pretty excited.
WoW certainly appears to have a lot going for it as well. Maybe SoE is doing a better job hyping their game lately, but WoW doesn't seem to be adding as much to the genre as EQ2 is going to my opinion. The voice overs and NPC interactions alone in EQ seem like very nice additions to me. Not that I don't think WoW will be fun, just that I believe EQ 2 will fit my MMORPG needs a little better.
Dark and light also looks to have some great features but I have high doubts as to games content. WoW and EQ are really touting their content whereas Dark and Light seems to be touting their massive environment technology. Cool as it is, I don't think that will be a driving force in me sticking with it, I like my quests and content
The only reason Vanguard is not on the top of my list is that it will not be available this year. I really think Vangaurd is going to have some excellent stuff going for it. I am sure once it gets nearer its release, my anticipation will increase, so for now I just have to say it is one I will be watching closely
Beta'd: Neocron, Planetside, ShadowBane, Horizons, City of Heros, Saga of Ryzom, Lineage II
honestly for me its ANYTHING im bored with all the current mmorpgs and keep switching between all my old accounts its just a waste of money, cause i keep getting suckered into buying the expantions thinking the game will get better..
for me the next mmorpg that pops out on the shelf ill play..
i keep getting into these slumps every few months when there is Nothing at all to play i even try downloading demos haha.
