Meh, sorry if has been posted before. Struck my funny bone it did!
This is a prime example of online libel that can be actionable by the court. It's gonna be even funnier if Brad Mcquaid actually sues the guy who made the website for libel and actually won the lawsuit and the guy who setup the website lost a bundle of $$$ just because he want to have a few laughs at Brad's expense.

I feel sorry for whoever it is that has so much free time that they have devoted an entire blog to putting down one person. One person who is guilty of... what? Trying to make a good game? The horror.
Edit to the poster above me:
That site can definitely be recognized as slander, and seeing as how it is hurting Brad's future career, he can definitely sue.
Brad's future career has been finely shafted by Brad McQuaid and he doesn't need any help from anyone else.
In terms of legality, the site draws mainly upon comments and posts and interviews found in other sites. Surely if that site is slanderous so are many others on the web.

He is absolutely right.
I am also waiting for Brad to be sued for, at least, impliedly making references to a marital affair his office. As CEO he has a duty to not disclose that information to the media. By disclosing, at least impliedly, he breached that duty. He caused injury because it harms the professional reputation of the individual who allegedly engaged in a marital affair.
I am waiting for the suits and counter-suits and impleaders.

Lawsuit from online slander isn't new and there are already set precedents in cases where someone slandered someone thru an online medium (like an internet forum for example). Depending on the state laws, defamation law can be applied the same for both online and real life cases. Example: If the defamation happened in California, California has laws that treat online slander and real life slander as the same. Other states may treat slander cases based on their state laws.
Some of you people may hate Brad Mcquaid for screwing up Vanguard but there's absolutely no reason why people should try to assassinate his character online. This kind of actions only shows how immature some people are and that's why there are laws here in the United States against such type of of behavior.

Don't know anything myself about the legalities of the site, but I do think it's pretty telling of the kind of person that would go out of thier way to do something like this.
I would think that the kind of rational to make a site like that would require the person to accually feel as if they were greatly effected by the events. It's wierd ya know, cause like, it's a game.
