Crafting? I have tried to read the offical forums to get a handle on crafting and how it works into the game.

To be blunt i love a crafting system where players are the place you go to find a top flight weapon/armor/cheese knife.

Is LotRo crafting system like Wows (sorry) where yoru crafting stuff is okay, not great jsut okay. or more towards the way swg was where you want the bow of death you found a master bowyer?

    The best items in game at any lvl will come from crafters.   Sometimes the quest rewards are really close though or if you happen to finish a high lvl quest for your lvl range you will gain better loot then you are capable of using through crafting.   But if you hit a critical success on a purple item it should be better then any comparable item in game.  Also crafted items are not bound like quest reward items or looted yellow text or purple items so their is incentive for people to have them because of the resell appeal.
