Question about naval combat, possibly a noob one.

in Pirates of the Burning Sea
I've been following this game for a long time, probably too long, but i haven't yet picked up on something. Will there be something along the lines of Royal Marines, men on your boat with guns shooting at the other guys on the other boat? There's probably something on this somewhere that i've overlooked. thanks.

    Naval combat is undergoing changes right now with boarding combat being put in soon, so we won't know what is like till it's in there.

    It will most likely be a game like Voyage Century, but with way better graphics and a stable engine. This game is going to be revolutionary for me and I absolutely cannot wait for it to come out. I wish they wouldn't have pushed the release date though, June 1st is only two days away. YAY
