I wanted to try a Warrior Priest, but one of my RL buddies is set on playing a greenskin, so I need to know more about the available (and yet unannounced) classes/careers before I decide. I don't plan on playing multiple characters until I've maxed out my first.

The herders may be interesting.

Hmm.. this is going to be hard, because I want to play all the races for the background and quests!!!

but aiya... probably at this stage:

- shaman or squig herder

- female, naturally, witch hunter... just cos she's gotta have a nice ass..

As a former 40k Chaos player, I feel drawn to Chaos...but seeing as how about 50% of the people on these forums are planning on choosing Chaos for their main, I'm going to assume Chaos is going to ridiculously popular and I'll steer clear.

So, in all likelihood, whatever the Dark Elf dd is (I'm hoping they're either Executioners or Shades).
