Can't register the cd key for beta (fileplanet)

in Ultima Online
Just keeps saying invalid info : Created a account and then it asks me for the code to upgrade it so i copy and paste the cd key and then it asks me to accept 2 things. I then enter my details and click ok then it goes back to the enter cd key page and just keeps saying invalid over and over again.

    yea im havin the same problem keeps saying invalid key anyone got any ideas whats up?

    Having the same problem here folks. Hopefully they get on top of this problem soon.

    Do you have a current active account?  If not you can not get in.  Using a trail account will not work.

    i dont hav an active account but on fileplanet it said open beta and said to just create an account

    According to Fileplanet, we do not need an active account.

    As FP subscibers we are invited to the Beta and may create new accounts. But when we try to enter the key as stated above we are getting errors that should not be.



    This has nothing to do with having an active account. :)

    Account page is often broken.

    Some seem to be able to avoid it with different browsers like firefox and opera.



    Sometimes the account page is just broken for some time and honestly KR is still very very buggy so I would advise to take a look in a few months anyway.

    Ok, I tried it too and my best guess is that the keys are not allowed yet.



    Did not manage to create an account either and seems to be not the usual bugs that plague their account page.

    Managed to get it to register for the EA account ( I had to use IE) but stopped as it required I enter a payment method.

    Even if it doesn't charge, I dislike the idea of using my credit card.

    Same thing happened to me..I hope this whole fiasco isn't an indication of how KR is going to be.

    Yup, I had problems here too, switched to Mozilla Firefox and it worked fine... although it insists on payment info so I stopped there like Neveras

    With firefox i get further

    but at payment methods i need fill in credit card or game time code...

    The alternative options when you have no credit gives a url error.....

    I hope not but i believe at this stage only paying customers get into thie reborn open beta..???

    Fileplanet just removed the UO: KR ads and action. It seems they might have posted it a bit to early :P

    I'm interested to see KR but I'm not gonna pay for an account just to get in their open beta. Disappointing.

    the key is working for me now but u hav to put in credit card details is it only for active accounts?

    Let me repeat this again. Fileplanet removed the Beta from there site. This mean either EA did not adjusted there registation system intime or Fileplanet posted it to early. I assume the last.

    Just put in the credit card info then cancel the account with he option to use it for 2 weeks.

    And to be sure remove the credit card info then too, you can always add it back if you decide to stay.



    Opened many accounts so over the years and never got charged for a canceled account.
