I havn't got a problem with any of them personally and don't wish to pick names but on the whole the site does need to change to a more profession look. Now sooo many people come here and look at everything and take advice/listen to people working on the site it's not right for any of them to be biased. The community score system can't really be changed because most people that come here arn't WOW lovers or anything and normally unhappy with all the mmorpgs on the whole. Your never going to get people to be fair and non biased, so this is why the Staff need to take a non biased/personal approach and eb more professional.
I just read al the reviews made by the Site and they're sooo bad because all done by different people who have different views on things, they become biased towards their own feelings and dont attempt to take a default opinion. I also think you should review the mods because they seem to act biased on their views aswel so it would help setting out clear guidelines for them.

How about you volunteer if you think you can do a better or more professional job?

Yes? This is not incorrect information, I'm copying and pasting the requirements from the site you provided.
Example:
The first paragraph coming from the review of "Tales of Pirates" --
Based on (upon sounds nicer) 5000 years of background history with P(no need for capitalization)iracy as its central theme, (quote it as the game)Tales of Pirates lets players have a fruitful(...? What kind of description is that? Full of fruits?) navigating experience as well as exploration of the unknown (unknown animals? I'm guessing places since you talk about navigation). This fully 3D designed multiplayer(needs a dash) online game is comical(So this game makes you laugh?) in nature and has humorous(funny looking creatures? They're weird?) looking characters and creatures. The game is painted(you might want to say something like, it's MADE in blah blah) in bright and beautiful colors. The exaggerated movements(movements can't be exaggerated because movements are types of action, and action is action) and actions of characters as well as objects, topped with(sounds like ice cream) an atmosphere that is overall relaxed(overall? so the whole game isn't relaxing?), the game makes it always interesting and fresh (what do you mean fresh?) for new and old players alike. There are also different styles, themes and architecture(when people think architecture, they think sketches of buildings, designs of buildings, not the buildings itself.) for the different(you say different too much times) towns, islands and dungeons. The multitude of elements(...?like water, wind and earth?o_O) designed (somethings missing here, it reads like "designed captivates", not "designed, captivates")captivates players and keeps them immersed(you're trying too hard) while they explore all different(you're using "different" again) possibilities available in game."Featured Writer's" Version
Based upon 5000 years of background history with piracy as its central theme, 'Tales of Pirates' let players have an enjoyable navigating experience as well as an exploration of unknown areas. This 3D designed multi-player online game is exciting and contains adoring graphics. The game is portrayed with wonderful use of colors. The different actions of each character, as well as objects, along with allowing users to play in a relaxing atmosphere gives the game a "spark" for new and old players alike. There are different styles, themes and buildings for the several towns, islands and dungeons included in 'Tales of Pirates'. The excitement designed for the game allows players to be entertained while they explore many possibilities available in the MORPG.
My edited versionReviews are meant to serve as a review for people who have never even seen the game. They're not supposed to be long or sound confusing (and there's a point where you make it sound so confusing that it makes it obvious you're trying too hard). I'm not a genius, or a writer, but reviews like these don't give users a very nice overall view of the game. I've never played it, and I'm downloading it right now.
This was an example of what kind of reviews your volunteers should be writing, from a reader's point of view, that is.
G`luck to yah all. (:

G`luck to yah all. (: So volunteer already.
I'm lazy.
Read the post for crying out loud. You can atleast do THAT.
I agree that the site needs more active moderators. I would apply to be one, except I havn't been with the site long enough to show a "history" with them. I just think we need people here that are going to [I hate to admit it but..] have NO social life. People like, me unfortunatly.
I was just saying "I'm lazy" to the person who replied to my long post because he told me to volunteer.
What if I went and flamed you for posting, huh?! NAUGHTY!
"I offer nothing more than simple facts, plain arguments, and common sense; and have no other preliminaries to settle with the reader, than that he will divest himself of prejudice and prepossession, and suffer his reason and his feelings to determine for themselves; that he will put on, or rather that he will not put off, the true character of a man, and generously enlarge his views beyond the present day." - Thomas Pain
"Society in every state is a blessing, but government even in its best state is but a necessary evil; in its worst state an intolerable one ..." - Thomas Paine
Please stop complaining about something that people take their very valuable time to give you for free. Instead, turn your criticisms to something more productive. You could try writing your own reviews, if you are so criticle about the reviews being posted, write them yourself. I'm sure that you can obviously do a better job.
People complaining about free stuff... What is the world coming to?
