Please help with avatar

I having trouble unloading an avatar image.  I have posted in several other threads asking for help no response as of yet.  So figured I had to make a thread. 

My photo is black and white.  Have it set for pictures gif, jpg after trying to unload I'm getting the following error.

Image cr exception load failed 140430

don't know what i'm doing wrong please help!

    Well, don't know if I'll get an answer or not.  Did manage to FINALLY figure it out.  But photo is fuzzy any ideas on how to clean it up a bit?  Heh guildie fixed it.

    Please don't ressurect threads, and do pay attention to edits the poster made. He let us know that guildies fixed it, this is also a thread from almost two months ago, which is why it's called ressurecting. Basically going through old threads that have issues that have been resolved and looking for a way to boost your count isn't really appreciated.

    Can you not read numbers? The topic was made on 5/30/07, I posted today, which is 6/2/07, that's only 4 days ago, not 2 months.

    He says he figured out how to upload it and guildie fixed how the photo was fuzzy. Maybe I'm color blind, but to me, the avatar is still black and white.

    Hi and thank you  for fianlly responding to my post.  It is supose to be a black and white photo.  Also, the name  is Ladyreno lol hmm wonder if I'm a she? (which I am) lol .  Another question were do you get a signature made.  Would like to have one made.  Don't know of any sites though.  Any help would be appriated.

    Holy crap, this one time I am sorry. :P I totally read the join date. And we don't care what sex you are. No, the avatar should not be converting to a Black and White. Try Photoshop for making the size that fits into the forums properly, and saving it as a .GIF in there should not change the quality. You make signatures yourself, as I did for mine, and most do for theirs.

    Lols, well, then I guess it was my misunderstanding.



    I could make you a signature, but I'd have to crack Adobe Photoshop all over again. I just bought a new computer yesterday because my older one was fried. =/
