If you make the Hbrid, then you get all the ads, exept for Shadow Step which is important.



But if you hyrbrid, you get the Cold, and more.



Is Shadow Step worth it?

    I am not sure what you mean by "full".  Do you mean trying to put talent points into all three trees?  I suggest that you do not attempt a build that uses all trees.



    It depends on what you are trying to do.  If you are trying to level you should do a COMBAT build.  There are many skills within the COMBAT tree which help you do more damage vs Mobs.  The assassination tree is for burst damage and is more suitable if you aren't leveling and are PvPing.



    When you get to a point where you have every skill you want in either COMBAT or ASSASSINATION then you can start to switch into a second tree.  Three trees limit you.

    Also, Shadow Step is a very cool PvP ability, or so I hear.  Try to build your PvP talents around picking up cool abilities in one tree rather than multiple low point talents in many trees.

    shadowstep isnt worth the amount of talent points you have to spend in sub. to aquire it. it gives you instant positioning but after your intial opening combo you got nothing. its great for kill stealing in bgs but thats about it. read the rogue forums there are jerks there no doubt but theres plenty of people there that know the class inside and out (by way of testing and number crunching) and its pretty unanimous that its worthless.



    i would suggest to you combat swords now that sword specialization has been fixed it rocks and its great in both pvp and pve.

    well as people already told you shadowstep isn't really the best skill ingame but it's god damn funny. In blades edge arena you can shadowstep onto the pillars from the ground and you can do some really nasty ambushes with it to. I did a 3500 ambush without any buffs and a crappy blue dagger från murrmurr.

    And about wasting talent points, if you already plan going 30 or more in subtley why not go all the way. The good talents are furthest down. 15% more agi anyone? :)



    For PVE grinding/leveling/raiding the ususall 20/41/0 or 15/41/5 is the way to go.

    Check out my Talents, i just respec'd to this and it is amazing for pvp. And yes shadowstep is definatly worth it.
