i guess my MMORPG experience far pre-dates this poll. anyway, my vote would have been for either UO or EQ.
  • I would have picked UO because to me that's where it all started. I picked WoW though because of how many people play it, you can't deny that the game is the biggest in the world, bigger than L2

I would not choose any one of those games to be the "kinf of games". It's a really hard decision and I don't think it can actually be made until game production ceases. For all you know, a new game will come out that will be much better than the God of all games.

I've played many games, and the ones that I play change weekly. Currently I am very interested in Gunbound, Poker, and Kwon Ho once more. I am thinking of returning to Maple Story and Ghost Online.

EQ, which you didn't list as an option.

i hate the stupid monthly paying thing in WoW. it would be better if it was just more expensive to buy it first and no monthly paying.

honestly though, anything worth playing for an extended period of time is going to be p2p...just gotta accept it.  there some decent f2p games that are fun to try out for a little while, but unless people are paying them to have full-time employees who can continually add new content, they really start to get old.

For me wow was like 5 month fun , last 7 month was endless grinding...so i quit . EQ i didnt like much , quit after 4 month . Lotr played in beta , nothin fun to pay for that game .

As for my most addictive game i can name SavageEden , it dont have story line quests , just amplified mission receivers , where you get money quests , exp quests and random rare quests . It has fun castle sieges , with customisable towers to defend castle holders and castle , uber grinding and high lvl cap , that you cant reach in 3 years....so yeah , i would call it best for me !
