Instant PvP?

Hi all you gamers!

Is there any fantasy-style MMORPG in which a character can PvP immediately, instead of having to grind through 15 or so levels??

If not, which games require the least grinding to get there?

I'd really like to know!

    Guild Wars. You can make a PVP only character or PVE character which you can play for PVP also. Getting to max level will take you normally 1 to 4 weeks depending on the chapter you have

    Lol i got to max lvl in less then 2 weeks maybe 1, With a warrior

     GW is not about leveling.. it is about PvP^^
