login problem

in Granado Espada Online
Hi ...maybe someone could help me :

downloaded game ....install .....update....registered acc....registered game at IAH but cant login. GM could login with my acc but i cant....says incorrect ID or password ....dont know what to do...pls help if u know a solution

    im getting almost the same, but says instead of incorrect password: cannot access server, tryed it yesterday night when every server was up... so im interested in hearing some solutions too
