Global Cabal Online?

Can anyone tell me about the Global verson?? I was looking on the Wikipedia for Cabal and there was a Global site for it...Explaination? and maybe can someone tell me what happened to it? =O

    There was a Global Version ran by GameNGame before but it has been taken down.

    You can still get to the website http://www.cabalonline.net/ and u can see that no update since the Final Closed Beta 2007.01.02.

    By the looks of it, there are only Korea, China, Europe, Japan and Taiwan version out there~~
