I don't play DDO, but when I did play during beta I liked the combat system. I check ddo.com every once and a while and I noticed that the PvP leaderboard is never working. What's the deal? Also how is the PvP? I'm interested in how the combat system works with PvP. It seems like it could be good.

I don't do PVP in DDO. I never tried it, so I can't answer your question there.
As for the leaderboard, I been playing since November/December and it has never been working to my knowledge.

Promote what you love instead of bashing what you hate.
No one else here has any experience with the PvP? I guess it must be pretty sad.
I PvP-d a lot, and I stand by my initial opinion: it should never have been added. PvP is not for DnD, because if you want PvP oriented gameplay, then you have to build the whole game mechanics around it. In DDO the goal was not to create a balanced PvP world, but rather to create a class system where individuals' skills work complementory to eachother, and some classes have only situational advantages.
