Are there any hills or mountains in this game? In screenies all I ever see is flat farm land....
Also, how many people are generally on the server at one time? Are there still 100 vs 100 battles and such or is it pretty barren?
Thanks!

Mountains, yep most are large hills around the populated areas where battles are fought.
Take a look at the screen shots in here. http://www.mmorpg.com/discussion2.cfm/thread/123892/page/2
The good terrain is found in the south part of the map where the french defend. The british area is mostly flat north of Namur into Brussels and Antwerp. You can download the full game, start it in offline and pick any town to spawn in to see the sourounding terrain. I recommend checking out Anhee/Dinant area, Huy, and Piesport for good elevation changes near towns. Heck you can even take an aircraft and fly to the Alps (they are modeled) if you are looking for mountains.

Most of the mountains are in Luxembourg, German southern border, and French Southern border.
Holland, Belgium, and northern France are a bit more flat...
You can choose the area where you want to fight, so you can fight in very high hills.
Awesome! I live at the base of the Zuggspitze (the tallest peak in Germany) so it'd be awesome to be able to fight in some of the alps... Or just fly over them :-)
Well, there's the free trial this weekend so I may as well right?
Thanks for the screenies too!
The alps are there, the whole map is made by sattelite height maps then it was scaled to fit the 1/2 scale and then smoothed out, this made the map more flat than it should be, but the hills match real life rather well.
The Alps are there, but they are very far from any action, so if you want to go there you have to fly or spend several hours on a truck.. :P
I know I have some old screenshots of them.. but now I could only find this one
This image doesn't realy convey how large they are, the tops are way above the cloud layer..
I was going to take some screenshots for you, but it appears that my Buzzard is not working. Oh well, I'll get them up as soon as I can.
