Hardware requirement problem...

r3dbullr3dbull Member Posts: 79
I tried it the first time and I couldn't play because my hardware didn't conform to the necessary requirements.

Yesterday I read an article announcing that they eliminated the hardware requirements but today I tried to play and I had the same error screen... Do I need to download a new client (maybe an updated one or something like that)?

Thanks in advance for helping me.

No, they have the testers advising people how to apply the patch via a command line, because these so talented devs can't even make an executable patch.

After a dev told me I was free to not play his game after I stated It was not my job to make things run, only to test them, I told him "You got it". So, now I've been banned. Whoopdee.

So, anyway, if you want to run it, you gotta find the instructions on their beta forum for the command line script, as I don't have access to the site to link you to it.

Fury as of now is not even in beta. Most people will never play a game in beta, let alone earlier in the development phase than that.

In development you have to prioritize. Yes we could have pushed through the new launcher, but it would have meant something else got dropped, possibly even multiple things. You can't expect to play a pre-beta game and not find bugs and issues. You made it very clear that you weren't interested in playing a game early in development. That's fine.

As for the problem of the original poster: You can find out how to deal with this issue on the main forums.
