This game is AWSOME!!! I really cannot see why so many people don’t like it. Sure its point and click but it is a really awesome game! After you hit level 30 it just gets even better. The PVP is as good as it can be. All the classes are equal. There are awesome mounts/Armor/Weapons every thing in this game looks cool. The community is nice with few mean people. This game gets an A+ in my book. AND IT’S FREE TO PLAY!
Also the guild wars are HUGE!
Here is a picture of the graphics... Im the Knight.

the good aspects are: pvp, pretty equipement, pretty graphics.
if you like "power-lvling", this game is for you.
Wow its like you never played the game before Gitawego... 1. Power Leveling in this game is just about worthless it would take a week or to just to get to level 30 from 1 lol! It’s faster to level your self. The quests give lots of exp skip them = longer grind... Also they are fun to me. That could be why you have to grind so much?? Content is great with a new Expansion coming soon! Awesome Mounts. Very fair game play.
The Big MMORPG List
I myself found it a likeable game. Except finding parties under lv 30 very hard. It was very grindy. I only got to lv 17. Yeah maybe I should put more into it but I got too bored to grind to lv whatever-the-fun-is.
That's why > i < don't play.
Ok...
The Big MMORPG List
*shudders* the movement... oh why won't the movement be easier....
it's better than what the beta (yeah i was there) was when they were going to charge you monthly and have a "shop feature" that you could buy goods from real money. (beta testers killed that idea off quickly)
But the movement... i know i keep mentioning it, but when i can't use my "arrow keys" and have to use WASD is fine.. yet you can press "W" once you'd think you'd face north, but no.. take a few steps and your character takes a step back and faces a different direction.
*shudders* lets not mention collision detection, memory leaks and character customisation (that clearly shows the game to be unfinished)... hair1, hair2, hair 23, hair 44. and that's it. pretty much
It is easy to see that people are split on saying if this game is good or not.
i beleive that it will be brilliant if they add gender control, edit the movement and add a few more quests. hopefully when this next big exspansion comes out that will happen
Reasons why I did not like this game when I just recently tried it out.
1.) Lack of wide screen display resolutions like 1680x1050 is a game killer ! Sorry but it's 2007 already ! Come on with the extra resolution support !
2.) This goes back to number 1 in regards to the UI not scaling to higher resolutions and thus hacking the *.ini file to get a higher resolution is worthless.
3.) Game is dead or near death. Servers with low populations = dying population.
4.) Repititve grind with nothing else to show for it besides neat looking gear.
5.) It appears the developers are not responding to the community and this game has been left to rot. Sorry any future updates are iffy at best to almost non-existent.
I actually didn't mind the ganking as much but those 5 points are game killers for me. Maybe not for you be for me they are reasons why I won't be playing this game.

I found this to be the worst mmorpg I have ever played.Dull grindfest nothing more nothing less. But i could see others liking it , but it's far from my meaning of fun.
Note that i said "i found this" before another fanboy jumps on me.....getting that in every forum these days.
lol... I guess you haven't "met" gameloading yet in these forums. What SteveIrwin says is 100% true - though I think gl only pounces on those who criticize the game. He never questions positive feedback.
That said... I and some friends from Lineage II played Archlord for a time. I got to around level 40 before I was bored to tears. They lasted a bit longer and got closer to 60 before they, too, got bored with the game and left.
It's got a nice combination of elements ... It's a little closer to what I wish Lineage II was - PvP with some more emphasis on PvE/Quests. I know that's heresy to some of the more "hardcore PvP", but really, some people do enjoy PvP but also enjoy doing something other than level grinding non-stop, and L2's sparse quests just didn't deliver on that. Sad thing is L2 has some incredibly deep lore to draw from. It was good to see that Archlord went a little more in that direction. But, for us it wasn't enough to keep us there.
One of the major turn-offs to me was just how - to me - ridiculously placed the mobs were. You'd have one type of mob all massed together in a small area... run a little farther, and a completely new kind of mob is all massed together... a little farther beyond that, yet another new type of mob all massed together. It was the most ridiculous arrangement of fauna I've ever seen in a game. It just cried out "I'm a grind game!"
So.. I don't know.. since it's free to play and I've already bought the box, I'll probably check it out again at some point in the future to see how it's progressed, but for what was there when I was playing, it just got too boring for me.
and the cash shop selling asphalt..." - Mimzel on F2P/Cash Shops
great game, but not worth paying for, there are a lot of free games you can play instead
